Dean Evans
Principal
Dean Evans grew up on the Gold Coast and attended The Southport School and Bond University. He commenced Evans & Company Family Lawyers in 1997 and attained his specialist accreditation through the Queensland Law Society in 2001. Dean is a passionate advocate and appears at Court regularly. Dean is regularly asked to address family law conferences and enjoys mentoring university students and encouraging them in their future legal careers. Dean is often referred more difficult matters by other legal practitioners, whether a complex financial matter or a parenting matter involving an allegation of sexual abuse.
Luke Brandon
Principal
Luke Brandon grew up on the Gold Coast and attended All Saints Anglican School and Queensland University of Technology. Luke remains involved with All Saints Anglican School and is asked to address the year 12 students each year as a mentor. Luke became a partner of Evans & Company Family Lawyers in 2010 and obtained his specialist accreditation through the Queensland Law Society in 2011. He was awarded a special mention by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Queensland as he achieved the highest result in Queensland. Luke is known as a pro-active practitioner and will progress your matter quickly and efficiently.
Fiona Browne
Associate
Fiona Browne grew up on the Gold Coast and attended Star of the Sea College and Bond University. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1997 and is currently completing a Masters in Applied Family Law. Fiona has been employed with Evans & Company Family Lawyers since 2002 and is experienced in parenting and property matters.
Allison Caputo
Associate
Allison Caputo is from Sydney but relocated to the Gold Coast in 2009. Allison attended the University of Sydney and completed the NSW Legal Profession Admission Board program. Previous to working with Evans & Company Family Lawyers Allison was employed for a number of years with the Family Court of Australia in Sydney as Justice Boland’s Associate. Her work exposed her to large property matters and the most highly litigated of children’s matters. Allison then moved to private practice in Sydney before relocating to the Gold Coast. Allison is currently completing a Masters in Applied Family Law. Allison is experienced in parenting and property matters.
