Can grandparents seek Orders to see their grandchildren?

Yes.  The Family Law Act 1975 specifically provides that children have a right to spend time on a regular basis with their parents and other significant people in their lives unless it is not in their best interests.

At Evans & Company Family Lawyers at Bundall on the Gold Coast, we have acted in a number of matters where we have applied to the Family Court of Australia on behalf of grandparents and third parties who are not the parents of a child.
